Kirk Moir has twenty years of experience developing innovative communications products and companies. A successful entrepreneur, companies co-founded by Kirk Moir have been recognized by Deloitte as the fastest growing wireless technology provider in Canada and among the fastest growing companies in North America as well as by the BC Technology Industry Association (BCTIA) for excellence in the application of technology. Kirk has led the conception and deployment of mHealth centric systems for healthcare service providers including the Provinces of BC, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick in Canada as well as the State of Georgia in the United States. Kirk has also led the development of numerous other wireless and communications management systems for public safety as well as large enterprise such as Florida Power and Light. Working with large partners such as Philips, Medtronic, Zoll, Alcatel Lucent and Verizon Wireless, Kirk has successfully led numerous high-impact go to market campaigns.

Prior to co-founding In Motion Technology, Kirk led product marketing for Acterna’s Systems and Software Group in Germantown MD and was chief operating officer for the network management business unit of San Diego based Applied Digital Access prior to its acquisition.

Bill McGraw

Bill has spent his career working primarily in the technology sector specializing in wireless and mobile startups. He has worked for both large and small firms, started several businesses and executed plans for sales, marketing, product and service offering development, client management, pricing models, operational execution and financials. He has hired, developed and managed both staff and consultants by providing the processes and framework to ensure theirs and the company’s success. 



He’s hands on and known as someone who can be relied on for innovative thinking and for getting things done.

Alan Foster

Alan has over 30 years’ experience in building and managing technology based ventures in ten countries. He is a dynamic leader with expertise in organizational leadership, business planning, sales and marketing and product management. Prior to his consulting work, Alan worked in senior management roles with technology start-ups and Fortune 100 companies; providing strategic guidance and technology expertise, enabling organizations to drive business value through innovation with a focus on exceptional customer experiences. Currently, Alan is helping leaders in start-ups and early stage technology companies establish business and product objectives and then execute on commercializing their products.

David Christie

David has broad and deep experience in the development and commercialization of life sciences technology. David works with early-stage and emerging technology entrepreneurs to help them create and execute sustainable business strategies that expand their business. As President, CEO and Director of a publicly-traded technology company, he more than doubled revenue in two years, expanded their asset base four fold and increased cash flow 12-fold. Early in his career David was Sales Manager of the Year for three consecutive years at Baxter Corporation. David has worked for numerous Fortune 500 companies but since 2000 has dedicated himself to local early-stage technology companies. David’s strengths are in implementing strategic change, delivering financial results and effectively commercializing technology. David has run a couple of companies in the life sciences industry and began his career in information technology sales.

Aslam Nathoo
Aslam has spent more than 20 years helping companies build & market exciting and innovative products. He has crossed back and forth between the public and private sectors working for governments, public authorities and vendors. Although Aslam has worked in diverse industries including Tourism, Law Enforcement, Healthcare and Public Infrastructure, the tech industry, and web/mobile software in specific, has been an area of particular focus. His blended background includes experience in Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development and Customer Training. 

Aslam helps early stage companies find a market & commercialize; growth stage companies add formal process that will expand their market & ensure they are being responsive to customer needs; and established companies re-tool for a new generation of growth. As the VP of Product for a publicly traded e-Learning company in turnaround mode, he was instrumental in driving 5x revenue growth while reducing burn by 50% and increasing stock price by 3x over an 18-month period.
